Systems connected to the Internet are always feasible to threats, and viruses in particular. Googling antivirus software does list mcaffee in the top. But is it really the best? Here is a list of all well known anti virus software.

1. Mcafee

2. zone alarm

3. norton [moved to symantec.com]

4. Symantec

5. kaspersky

If you know some other software, which does the job better, do let us know.

There is a free trail from norton, which you cab use for 30 days. If you are in network, i suggest symantec, which is better than other software in network attacks. Zone alarm is good, but there is no free trail. In many of my friends who have used kaspersky, they felt relived when they made a change to norton.
