Venture Capital fund, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers have put forth a hundred million in favour of developers who can write apps for iphone and the ipod touch. Looks like a cool deal. Well, the money will of course be split up for so many other things like deployment and advertising, you still stand a good chance to pocket a million.

Apple will release the sdk later this year and the release is expected to spark the sales of iphone. Yours truly is also among the crowd, waiting to buy the iphone. More apple products on the shelf.

Apple saw a huge audience and a great turn around with the introduction of the iphone. Many critics pointed out that this years’ macworld expo was not great - quoting “Apple cannot release a iphone every year”. Macbook air is not that great. Is it?

The new SDK which apple has released is a beta version and users can write their own apps in short time from now. The sdk is the same that apple developers had.

Apple has billions of dollars since new year and is likely to lose more, as predicted by wall street experts. The ipod seems to be slowed down and so many other vendors selling ipod without the “i”. The iphone magic has lost and macbook updates do not appeal much. Air has left nothing much, but only space filled with air.

With all these comments, apple’s stocks have taken a toll and Steve Jobs is losing millions of dollars everyday. But what experts have predicted is that over seas sales have been like never before and that could rally save apple. Really?

Apple has sent invitaions to press and various developers of the iphone sdk and has oragnized a event on march 6. The event may produce a new change in the angle at which the sdk is looked at.

It is more than expected that the new sdk will allow users to write their own apps in their iphone. This will make the iphone sdk, more interesting and introduce a new platform for developers across the globe to develop new apps. The best apps may even be sold to apple and in turn sold to users. Did that bring up a spark?

The macbook air has been moved out of the front page of apple website for the first time since the macworld expo. The page now sports a splendid news for all new mac aspirants. The macbook and the macbook pro have been updated and the macs now come with the latest intel core 2 duo processors.

The macbook2 and the macbook pro1 are the coolest deals in the planet.

With having used the iphone well to its advantage, may be it is time now to make the ipod in to a iphone or integrate both of them. The only possible thing that cannot be done on a ipod touch is to talk with it. You can browse the internet, hear songs, send email, and other stuff with ipod touch from apple.

Now the size also sounds good for 32GB, what more would one want? A phone inside ipod. Apple, are you hearing?  I want to use my ipod touch as a good. Check the features here.

Apple today dropped the prices of ipod shuffle from $75 to $50. What a real surpise! While the theme has been apple products are way ahead in technology and also pricy, this ipod shuffle proves those people wrong in the price factor.

I hope  apple will drop the price of a macbook too, how nice that would be. I am surprised to see the price drop by such a percentage. The ipod shuffle is very stylish and goes very well with jeans, i should add. Apple also added in the news that the next model is on its way, with a memory capacity of 2GB, which will cost $69.

The lastest macbooks now come with a 2.2 ghz processor, more. These are the best notebooks on earth today, and this processor speed should suffice. Now intel is taking on the next foot forward and building faster processors. The next gen processors will carry a massive 3.0 GHz processors, and these chips will easily slip inside macbooks.

These chips will be released any where in the next four weeks and hence serious heads in apple are making thoughts about releasing the next version of the apple macbook pro.

Search engine gaints google have indeed taken over the web search. More than 80% of the search traffic is delivered by google. I have not used a yahoo or a msn search in the past two years, not once. With widgets and inline searches available in firefox and most other apps (safari included), search means google.

When it comes to a mobile internet environment, the same rules may not apply every time. The bandwidth will be very little and there are multiple factors which determine the utilities available. For instance, you may not be able to use google docs or access youtube that easily as in a laptop.

But google dominates the web search too, and in a recent article, google has announced that it has been receiving more than 50 times the traffic from a iphone among other mobiles.

Why did not apple invent a search engine?

Photo editing on a mac was always easy ilife, now its got even more easier and the new features required by an user are just incorporated in a new version of aperture. Aperture 2 was released just an hour ago at the apple site. More than hundred new features have been released. Take a look at the new features released.

The package comes at a price tag of $199 and existing aperture users can upgrade with a $99 deal. The price has come down and hence apple expects to sell more of this software.
