Buccaneer and a MAC

Mac OS X leopard is stunning users world wide. Over 300 new features were introduced in the new OS. The first software update was released some time back and it looks like apple has more fixes to make. Apple today released the second software update to the leopard OS, 10.5.2 was released yesterday.

Apple also recommended the software update to be made by all leopard os and announced that the update made fixes for security and stability. The updates all also made performance improvements.

Apple, the most innovative company in 2006 (2007 list yet to be revealed) , is all set to a new playground. Yes, apple will most probably get its hands on gaming too. The apple Inc was believed to have filed trademarks which indicate that apple will release a new console, possibly a parallel to even play station and xbox. Apple has filed trademarks for a hand held units for playing games.

When microsoft has been doing this, it must be possible by apple engineers also, in fact they can do better. Gaming has seen a huge revolution in this century and there are potential areas where innovation came become possible. Apple known for its innovation, is all set to lay its foot there too. Who knows ? A gaming console could be released next year at the macworld expo.

Certainly the imac is awesome in style and looks and needless to say the performance in even better. It would not be exaggerated to say that a few people would have asked this question

where is the cpu?

Apple did a good answer for that and the imac did take many people by surprise. When i read the article about danish policemen confused about the imac and still searching for the computer, after seeing only the monitor and the keyboard, i was not much surprised. The policemen were reported asking where the computer was, after looking at the monitor. Later they were convinced and i would be happy if they had noted the apple sign in the monitor.

Most operations at apple are clandestine and are never leaked out easily. Imagine the surprise the world had, when Jobs brought out the iphone. But AT&T works on a different style. Even as apple might be working on the next version of the iphone, att revealed plans of developing a new 3g phone.

Why should att do this? This can enhance their cell phone and carrier business and keep people waiting for the next phone. By the way, what will happen to the att and apple deal if att is suddenly going to develop a new phone that is a rival to iphone? Apple has not been in such position of getting odds, though they have little friendship with the tech world in the past.

The word was in the air, but it came out true this time. With the much hyped iphone already in the mobile markets by over a percentage, a newer version of the iphone was released today with 16GB memory.

You do not need to even hesitate to guess that this version comes in with extra money. the 16GB iphone will cost $499. This is the price, a few early birds payed to buy the iphone during its launch. The price was later reduced to $399 and the 4GB model became outdated. However Steve Jobs was kind enough to give back $100 for those early birds.

Apple Inc, is a big player in the NASDAQ, no doubt but the stocks have taken a toll. Apple stocks lost more than $16 dollars on the day of macworld expo. The stock had more than double the value the same time last year.

Apple has shown a good result this quarter as well as this year playing on the iphone and the macbook. mac sales is reported to have jumped up more than 40% in the past year.

Apple stocks took a low at $139 a week ago and many experts say this is the lowest and apple stocks now only one way and that is up. So, if you are buying apple stocks at this time, it is a cool deal.

Users getting a new mac need just have to open the browser and look for help. I understand that apple did not want to put he help in the OS itself. they have loads and loads of videos at find out how.

These content are aimed at new mac and other apple product users. These are good in one sense that a new user can teach himself of the mac and also  search by questions.

Innovation has been always been at its best at apple and they are introducing more gadgets, which has changed the life style of so many people, in the past three years. Yes, i am talking about the ipod. Apple won the race with ease and the biggest problem is that the ipod success calls for competitors.

Apple’s macworld expo was not quite a success in most critics’ opinions. When apple released the new macbook air, there was a mixed reaction from the mac users. While the macbook air was a costly gadget, it also lacked a few basic requirements.

Another of the shadowed news from the macworld expo was the apple tv updates. With apple introducing new deals in the apple tv, not much is working fine for apple after the macworld expo. Jobs has also actually lost millions after the macworld expo.

It seems from critics that the macbook air has started shipping on time, but the apple tv updates will have to wait for a couple of weeks more.

After a not so great macworld expo, where expectations beat reality, apple shares have taken a toll. With the nasdaq falling sharply, it was not a great surpise to see apple shares drop. But they dropped a little more than expected. Stocks tumbled to as low as $129, losing more than ten percent.

Steve jobs has lost millions, after the macworld expo. Apple just saw the quarter reports announced and still jobs is losing money. Can apple bring the iphone magic over and again?

Jobs has lost $219 million since the macworld expo, and you do not need any body to tell you, it is a huge number.
